PANAMA - If you have been to Panama, you likely have visited the Canal. It is a wonder of the modern world - 51 miles long with nearly 15,000 vessels passing through it annually. A project is now underway which will double that capacity by 2014. That will enhance ever further the country's economic growth.

Panama City is growing dramatically - upward! New high rise buildings are everywhere. Retirees and executives from all over the world are coming, and there is no evidence of any economic slump. The US presence is large, and the fastest growing group of new residents comes from China.

Large companies are relocating their Latin American headquarters to Panama, and there is a large infusion of people as well as capital. This has brought a new demand for leadership training - a lot if it in communication skills. I have conducted classes and done individual coaching in English-speaking skills and Communicating Upward in the organization.
